DECLARATION OF COMPLIANCE IN LIEU OF THE DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY 'FOR PLANTS WITHOUT installed before March 27, 2008

With regard to plant safety, the new Ministerial Decree 37/2008, Article 7, paragraph 6, provides that if "the declaration of compliance 'in the preceding paragraphs is no longer available or was never generated by the companies installed (without prejudice to the latter, the liability under Article 15 of the present Dm ), that document is replaced by a 'statement of compliance, "provided that such equipment installed prior to March 27, 2008 (date of entry into force of the same Dm). The "declaration of compliance 'is different from the" declaration of conformity "mainly on the parties involved to release it.
