Il nostro progettto si propone di aiutare l’ente ad una corretta applicazione della normativa anche attraverso una puntuale illustrazione della più recente Giurisprudenza e delle metodologie applicative per l’aggiornamento ed integrazione del patrimonio immobiliare dell’Ente con l’acquisizione definitiva dei beni immobili che hanno destinazione pubblica, ma che risultano essere di proprietà dei privati.
Il Progetto prevede i seguenti interventi:
- Classificazione amministrativa delle strade
- Ricognizione straordinaria delle strade d’uso pubblico
- Ricerca and analysis requirements of state-owned presumptive
- publicistic systems and roads for public use
- Responsibility, protection and maintenance
- Methods of state property and sdemanializzazione
- Income and assets of the consignee of the roads
- Establishment of private property without a title used by the City
- Methods of consolidation to State Street portions of land used for public use without interruption for over twenty years, pursuant to paragraphs of Article 21:22. 31 Law No. 23 December 1998 448
- Other ways of acquiring the city-owned property
- References to national and regional planning legislation and the rules of the Civil Code
- Procedures aimed the protection and recovery of illegally occupied public areas
