Published in the Official Gazette No. 187, 13 August 2009 5 August 2009 Circular concerning the termination of the transitional arrangements under Article 20, paragraph 1, of Decree Law of 31 December 2007, n. 248. From 1 July 2009 are therefore full implementation of the new technical standards for construction approved by the Minister of Infrastructure January 14, 2008.
